Hi April! Is that the same one that is available for free on Archive.org?
I don't think Sahidic volume 1 is online.
April
Getting them back in print is good news indeed for scholars.
I was recently struck by Jim Watts' analogy of e-texts as scrolls, and his explanation of why moving to the codex form from the scrolls form was such a huge technological and intellectual advance:

It's a longish article but I think it is well worth the time invested in reading it.
James,
I just checked your link and vol 1 is only available in the Northern dialect (Mephitic aka Bohairic), not the Southern (Sahidic). The paperback versions are remarkably cheap, postage for two books at once is about $5 less than getting them shipped independently (if you're getting them sent overseas) and the delivery times are also remarkably quick for international mail!! The standard mail time to Australia is quoted as 2-7 days, whereas it sometimes takes a month or more from second-hand booksellers. Amazon is faster, but this is still remarkable.
