A couple of items this morning. I noticed that The Thirteenth Apostle is no longer hanging out on Amazon as a "pre-order" item. It is now going into the cart as "available." So my guess is that if you already ordered it, your box from Amazon will be on your doorstep very soon. If you have been waiting to order it, it has been released.
Marvin Meyer's compendium on Judas is now listed on Amazon for "pre-ordering."
